Claiming Tickits

To claim a Tickit at a partnered business you can follow these steps:

1. Open the Tickit App.
2. Select the listing of the business that you are visiting by either manually scrolling through the available Tickits, or by typing the business's name in the search bar. If you have previously saved the offer you are looking to redeem by adding it to your ‘Pocket’, you will have quick access to it from the Pocket tab in the app.
3. Once you have found the business's listing, tap the offer and then tap the ‘Claim Now’ button.
4. If the business has a Tickit tag at their counter, the app will ask you to hold your phone to it to confirm you're in store. There are no codes to enter and nothing to scan with your camera.
5. You will be taken to the ‘Tickit Claimed’ screen. Show it to the staff so they can see that you are currently subscribed to Tickit, you have claimed their offer and you are eligible for the discount shown.

The availability of discounts varies by partnered businesses. Some discounts may be available all the time, while others may have specific time frames or limitations. Check the description of each offer in the app for information on availability.

To make sure you don't forget to claim a Tickit before it expires, save it to your Pocket. Once an offer expires at one of our partnered businesses, a new offer from that business will take its place.

As we grow, yes, you can use Tickit in multiple locations or cities, provided that those areas are covered by our service and your subscription is active. You can explore and claim discounts from partnered businesses in different locations as long as they are part of our network and they don't have any location based limitations listed in the details of their offer.

There may be limitations on the number of discounts you can claim within a specific timeframe, depending on the offer type set by the business. However, most of our Tickits are redeemable daily. Some partnered businesses have opted into our Gifts program. Users can only claim one offer from the available gifts per week. Gifts reset every Monday.

We continually update the app with new discount Tickits and partner businesses. New offers are added regularly, so be sure to check back frequently to discover the latest deals.
