How do I verify if someone is a Tickit Holder

Although all users of the app are able to view listings, only paying subscribers are eligible to claim your offer. Once they have scanned your advertised QR code, they will be taken to a screen that shows the text “Tickit Claimed” alongside an animation to ensure that the user is showing you a real time page from the app.

If the user is not a paying subscriber, when trying to claim a Tickit they will be taken to a separate page prompting them to begin a subscription.

How is the discount applied

Discounts must be applied manually by your staff. We don’t offer POS integration.
